Welcome to Project 1200

The AITech Empowerment Program is our flagship initiative dedicated to helping young Africans build the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive in today’s digital economy. As part of our commitment to accessible education, AITech is awarding 1,200 full scholarships every year — with 100 scholarships offered each month to underprivileged students across Africa.

Through hands-on training, mentorship, and real project experience, we equip participants with in-demand technology skills ranging from data analysis and software development to AI, cloud computing, and workplace readiness.

At AITech, our mission is simple — to open doors. We support students, graduates, and career switchers by providing practical training and connecting them to internship and employment opportunities across Africa’s growing tech ecosystem. Every participant gains the tools needed to build a sustainable career and contribute meaningfully to the future of work.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the 10X Program scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Male or Female and must be 14 years +

Currently residing in Nigeria

Priority are unemployed applicants

Must speak, comprehend, and write English

Applicants must demonstrate financial need

Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply

Must be available for fulltime participation in a 4 - 24 week training program
